No — only the Admin pays. When you create a Huddle you become the Admin and choose a plan. Everyone you invite gets the full experience of your plan completely free. One subscription covers your whole family.

There are three distinct things to understand. Your Huddle account password is managed by our authentication provider and is never stored in plain text — we never see it. Your Gmail or Outlook inbox is connected via OAuth: you authorize Huddle through Google or Microsoft directly and we receive a secure read-only token — your email password never touches our servers. Service credentials you choose to store — like login details for Netflix or Spotify — are encrypted at rest using Supabase Vault encryption and are only accessible to you and the family members you grant access to.

Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, and Live are all fully supported. Yahoo Mail and Apple Mail are coming soon.

You can store credentials and track subscriptions for any service you use, whether that is Netflix, Disney+, Spotify, a gym membership, a utility account, or anything else entirely. Common services like Netflix, Disney+, Spotify, Hulu, Apple TV+, Prime Video, Max, Paramount+, and Peacock are pre-loaded for convenience, but you can add any service manually.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Login credentials are stored using Supabase Vault encryption. We never sell or share your data.

You'll see a prompt to upgrade to Huddle Family. Your existing data and family stay intact — nothing is deleted.

Yes, cancel anytime from your settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.

The Private Vault is your personal encrypted store for any login — streaming, banking, email, work, or anything else. Every entry is encrypted with AES-256 before it leaves your device and only you can decrypt it. Sharing is a separate, deliberate step: when you mark an entry as shared, family members can see the username and password for that specific entry. Entries you do not share remain completely private — other family members cannot see them, and neither can Huddle.

Yes. Vault entries in sensitive categories — banking, health, government, social media, and email — display a warning when you enable sharing, so you can make an informed decision before family members gain access. Non-sensitive categories like streaming, music, and shopping share silently without interruption.
